They were recommended to me by my sister, who was in the process of getting her trees done. He got back to me immediately and was out to look at our trees within 2 days. He gave good recommendations on our trees because we had Oak Wilt. He even remembered us when we ran into each other a week later at the store. So friendly and so helpful. I never felt forgotten and just like Pat promised, they were out within a month. They didn't hurt our grass or damage any of our plants. They got there at 8am and were gone before I got home at 4. Compared to 5 others, they gave a reasonable price and were easy to work with. I truly felt I was working with a real person rather than a company.

A fantastic experience working with Pat, John, and crew. A very large tree fell onto our backyard, hitting our garage and blocking access to our cars. Pat was quick to come out for an estimate and got us scheduled for the following day. Communication and customer service was fantastic. They started a little before 8 a.m. – well within the City's allowed hours for outdoor work – and got to work. They quickly took down the tree, which minimized the disruption, then hauled it away, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We're so happy we went with Tree Top Climbers. We will enthusiastically hire them again if needed!

This company removed a couple of massive trees in our neighborhood with a crane that were extremely difficult to access. They communicated with all nearby residents and were reasonably priced. Plus, we got a discount since we’re teachers. They were great!
